Taking inspiration from technology, art, architecture, film, and theory, each clothing set strives to establish a narrative derived from juxtaposition and mutation. Nearly all the pieces are created from found or rescued garments that are cut up and restructured. Each piece is entirely unique, often partially hand formed or stitched. Manifolding would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge off-shore laborers who clothe our nation, whose talent and lives have been rendered invisible by the mass production system.
